Rough Animations

I have noticed for a while that when chickens are falling their wings do not have a smooth animation like they did in console editions of the game. I have also noticed that activated conduits' shell no longer has a smooth animation and the position of the shell updates about once every 2 seconds. My computer has a decent graphics card so it's not just my computer.
