Inventory Bug For Mouse And Keyboard

Whenever I play on console with mouse and keyboard I constantly come across a bug that makes the inventory not interactive to where i have to close and re-open the inventory to be able to do anything in it. Please fix this highly annoying bug as soon as possible. Thanks. 

PS: Please not that this bug may affect controller players as well, I personally have never had the bug occur on controller.. but i rarely play on controller to begin with.
