Cactus not Breaking When Sugarcane Grows Next to it

CAUSE @ EFFECT

Whenever you place sugar cane adjacent to cactus the cactus will just stay there differing from its normal behavior.

NOTES

• I am not 100% sure this is a bug it may be just a cool feature.
• Sometimes it happens out in the wild.
