Custom Skin not saving after closing application

Whenever I launch the game, the custom skin that I have previously confirmed is not worn by the character, and it instead selects my most recent cross-platform skin. I noticed that the text "Limited Usage: Only available on specific platforms" appeared in this update, but this is the first update where the game has changed my skin upon opening the application.
