Minecraft app won’t run on my iPad

When I go into my app, I can click on a world and it acts like it’s going to launch, but it doesn’t load my world and shuts down after about 2 seconds.  I’ve deleted app and redownloaded and I’ve shut down....not sure what else to try.  Please help.
