The controller function of the game does not seem to work.

Good day. Sorry for the inconvenience but I seem to be having problems with the controller function of the game. It always looks to the left and down and the buttons are all mixed up. I really enjoy playing with controller and I can't afford to purchase the PS4 version. Plz fix this as fast as possible.
