Licence error in which I cannot access the app.

When I launch the game it says that it can't tell if I own the game, to make sure it was downloaded from the Google play store (which it was), and to connect to the internet (which it is). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as contacting Google play support but nothing worked.
