Minecraft on Nintendo Switch there is alot of stuttering

Every time I play there is always lag spikes and stuttering every minute or so. It gets very annoying after playing for a while.

 

I even but my rending distance to low and fast graphics but that didn't help either. I also noticed that it didn't have nothing to do with auto save as when it stuttered there was no save icon.
