Crash Upon Startup

Minecraft PE has been working perfectly for me since the initial download until today. I was looking into starting my realms free trial, but I got a notice saying my account was not set up properly and I needed permission to do so. After changing some of my Privacy and Online Safety settings on Xbox.com, I went to open Minecraft again to see if it helped. Since that point, my game has crashed before the startup is complete every time I open it. I have tried closing the application completely and reopening it, and restarting my device many times. I also tried opening Minecraft with WiFi and cellular data turned off, and this did get me just past the startup/loading screen to the main menu before crashing. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
