Redstone Doesn't Work

Any redstone tools and items doesn't work in some areas in my ''old" type generated world. Command blocks, lamps, pistons, doors, etc. doesn't interact with the levers, tripwires, buttons, and the redstone blocks.

Even the redstone wires are not active.
