[Scripting API] minecraft:spawn_particle_attached_entity event is broken

Trying to broadcast the event "minecraft:spawn_particle_attached_entity" from the server does nothing and produces zero errors. Trying to broadcast the event "minecraft:spawn_particle_attached_entity" from the client does nothing and produces the error "[Scripting][error]-Script Error: Something went wrong..." in chat.
