Water texture turns black when underwater

When I got into water, my screen will turn black but I can still see my skin, my inventory, my HUD and my hand and everything but the texture of the water. If I'm not in the water, I can see just fine with no sight of the bug at all. It'll be great if you could fix this bug as soon as possible
