Multiple mechanics break either because of split screen or random occurance

I watched the game go on sale and decided to buy it after a friend had it downloaded on my console for months. I unfortunately missed the sale and bought it 2 or 3 days ago, but had immediate issues. In single player, the game ran smooth, but after going into split screen for an hour, a bug frequently began to occur. This bug would cause

• The block mining animation stops
• Blocks cannot be picked up
• The health and hunger bars freeze
• All mobs freeze, including monsters, and stop inflicting damage
• The map freezes
• On one occasion, a player's avatar was moving while a copy of that was stuck somewhere
• There is no sound effects with the blocks
• Not allow players to join
• Not allow saves to occur after the bug was activated.

Now this list was copied from a dead complaint on the xbox one version, but I am experiencing this with the new beta version of minecraft bedrock. I would love to have some insight with what to do or how to fix it as I am bummed game night was ruined because minecraft would bug like this every 5 minutes. Please help me out. I was using Xbox Insider to use 1.12.0.6 Beta. It could also be the normal released version. I am uninstalling 1.12.0.6 Beta and will inform later on update
