Cant make people operators on my minecraft realm.

i cant make members of my realm operators this has been a major issue. i have tried closing and reopening the realm. this is a huge inconvenience. i’ve tried using /op also but no luck

nothin is working this has been an issue since ive had my realm. there is also no crown logo next to peoples name as theres meant to be.
