Everything with pillagers not working

I play on hard mode in a world with my mates and for some reason after using the pillager outpost once they havnt respawned since and Ive also not seen a single illager patrol for at least like 80 Minecraft days (like a week) is this a fixable bug or will I never be able to do raid again.
