My minecraft pc is lag is very glitched i cant move my character in the game

when i just use the shaders in minecraft bedrock edition i just see my character player very normal but after that is very lag and glitch so i just try again to play minecraft with using shaders but its still glitch again beacause i just have the lenovo ideapad 330 im using intel core i3 not i5 or i7 beacasue my pc is a potato it is slow loading for my minecraft game so please can you fix my minecraft beacause my game is lagging.
