Connecting issues foe the Nintendo switch

Whenever I try to connect to my friends world I get this message instead, they used to get it whenever connecting to mine. We decided to just play on theres, but it's been two days and now I'm getting it when joining their world. I need help with this issue so I can actually play the game.
