UI Screen Reader automatically turns on

NOTE: I updated this bug report because double tap is a testing feature

 

The UI Screen Reader still automatically turns on in 1.13.0.1 Beta (sometimes with the dialogue "Turn Off Screen Reader")

 

It's really annoying because you have to double tap on everything plus the text-to-speech makes the game more laggy

 

Maybe make the ui screen reader (only once) once someone installed the game (maybe a blind person want to play it again)
