Galaxy s4 tablet won't move past white load screen

My three month old Galaxy tablet wont load anything beyond white load screen for weeks now.  Just sits and does nothing after the most recent update.  I've looked at similar posts but it just keeps getting stuck and sitting there.  Please help.
