Bamboo can be mined faster with a pickaxe and shovel.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place three bamboo saplings
2. Grow the bamboo with bone meal
3. Mine one bamboo with a pickaxe, one bamboo with a shovel, and one bamboo with your hand

Observed Results:
Bamboo is mined faster when using a pickaxe and shovel

Expected Results:
Only axes and swords should be able to mine bamboo faster.
