command block or comparator gets stuck

after a chain command block with "execute @e[name=flug_tester] ~ ~ ~ testforblock ~ ~-1 ~ air -1" is a comparator which got stuck after multiple usage. i cant even reset the comparator with a max redstone power from the side. only changes in command blocm work.
