Failed to create a new world using mash-up(City Living)

I bought 'City Living' Mashup from Marketplace on May 14th and even downloaded it.

However, attempting to create a new world within Minecraft results in an error.

 

Error contents is :

Selecting the 'City Living' template when creating a new world will cause a bar-shaped wave to appear for one second before it disappears.

You will be returned to the screen to create a new world.

This error is the same for the next day

I inquired at the local XBOX Customer Center, but the Customer Center asks me to contact you directly at 'minecraft.net' for Marketplace.
