Shift right-click in crafting menu gives wrong amount of Oak Planks

I had a full stack of Oak Logs in my inventory. I shift right-clicked the Oak Plank icon in the crafting menu to turn them all into Oak Planks. Instead of getting 4 stacks of Oak Planks, I only got 1 stack, and the rest vanished.
