The Small skins in Classic Star Wars Skin Pack do not migrate or apply in game

The smaller skins (R2D2 for example) do not migrate to different devices when set, and if you try to apply them while playing and using a default skin (from the pause menu) they do not set and just kicks you out of the skin picker screen
