Cannot Enter, Reset or Change Realm

I have just purchased a realm for two players. Unfortunately, I am not able to do the following:

 

• Enter the Realm
• Reset the Realm
• Upload a local world to the realm (it always says 0.00 MB)
• Close the Realm

 

I have restarted the game multiple times, I have uninstalled/reinstalled it and even did a soft reset on my Xbox One.

Thus, although I paid for the realm, I am not able to use it at all.
