Please Help Spent 300+ hours now my world is corrupted on switch, instant crash when selecting world :(

guys i want to cry please help me, ive been playing for weeks with my family we have 300+ hours on a nintendo switch world.. and it suddenly crashed  now the world is bugged and i cant even enter the world iit crashes  the game instantly upon choosing the world  its so sad we literally spent weeks of ours lives playing this and now i cant even enter my world.. please help guys  or can i get a refund or something.. this is jusst not fair </3 i hope there can be a fix to this i want my world back  i feel bad i wwasted all this time and now cant play my game
