Cannot log into my plots in Lifeboat Creative Mode.

I cannot log into my Lifeboat Creative Plots. I’m trying to get to CM5, but Lifeboat won’t transfer me to them, and I don’t know if there’s maintenance going on, or they’re resetting the whole server. I just need to log on so that I don’t have my plots reset! If anybody know anything, as to why this is happening, please comment down below, it would help out a lot thanks!
