THROWABLE ITEMS CRASH GAME

Chicken Eggs and Throwing potions instantly crash game but seem not to be a problem for host on worlds. Everytime i throw an egg/lingering potion or if a witch throws a potion, it crashes to the point my xbox freezes and doesnt recover back. Fire Charges and Tridents do not seem to be an issue though.
