Friends List/ Player List Not Loading

After the Village and Pillage update for Minecraft: Bedrock edition on the Xbox One. I have not been able to see any players names. I have 6 pages of friends for which i can't go pass page 1 without it pulling me back to page 1. No ones names or gamertags are loading. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and logging in on another console, both do not work.
