Create world don't work

I can't create new world.

I tried to create world with seed: village and normal difficulty and Creative mode to see the new villages.

When I clicked on the Create world button under the World Photo the world can't be create. I clicked again and again but the world can't be create.

How to create world in this 1.12.0.4 Beta version?
