Illager Assault Bug

I started a new assault on my village... in the first wave, the fisrt mobs appeared, but one of them went throught a nether portal, I finished all of them but the assault indicator showed one enemy remaining, the one who went throught the portal, then I went to the nether and I killed the last one, but back on the overworld the assault indicator still showed one enemy remaining, the invasion is buged and still active. Please... somebody help.
