[Fixed] Blocks floating in the air turn grass blocks into dirt at night time

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a flat world and place some blocks (glass won't work) floating in the air;
2. Increase the RandomTickSpeed
3. Set time to midnight

Expected results:
Nothing happens at all.

Observed results:
The grass blocks below the floating blocks turn into dirt.
