Chinese Mythology Mash-Up purchased on PC, locked on Switch

Checked this issue from the past but still affecting. Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack purchased on Windows 10 Edition, but is not unlocked on Nintendo Switch, even after ensuring Microsoft Account login has gone through. All other packs function without issue, but only Chinese Mythology Pack still shows as unpurchased on Switch.

Have logged in and out of the store both on Switch and on PC, sometimes simultaneously.
