Seems to be noticeable lag when running through villages after 1.11.2 update.

Seems to be noticeable lag when running through villages after 1.11.2 update. Playing on powerful Xbox One X console. Should be no lag whatsoever on this console. I have been playing for months with absolutely no lag until this recent update.
