Raid Bug?

I'm playing survival mode earlier, 

I saw a village and then saw a group of pillagers, 

I killed their leader with banner, and then i got 

Bad Omen effect and the duration is 98mins

 

The first raid was okay, i killed 4 pillagers,

But the next round, the raid loading bar on the top was stuck, and no raid was coming, i searched around the village but i found nothing.
