Non working game add on

this happened 6 weeks ago and I have still not been able to open it. I have been given the run around by mojang, iTunes, and Microsoft. You guys just closed my other report because I’m not tech savvy enough to have filled it all out properly. I just want the map pack to work, or to get my coins back. I don’t like my money being stolen from me.
