Villager trades not replenishing.

I have a Fletcher and a Toolsmith who were spawned prior to 1.11 who will not replenish their trades. They both have beds and a fletching table and smithing table respectively. All of my other villagers who were spawned pre 1.11 do not have an issue replenishing.
