if i don't break block's fast enogh in survivle my game will crash

when I decide to brake a block too many times like 5 blocks too slow my game will crash then if I get a diamond pickaxe it won't crash because it's braking blocks faster anyways I don't understand also I know it's not a virus because I have factory reset my computer for this reason Minecraft people try to get that bug fixed soon if it is a bug I rely don't know.
