In game purchase effects my skins

I don't really know if this is the right place to report in-game issues like this, being my first time using this website, but I hope this is correct. When playing Mineville City : Roleplay by InPvP I bought the "Space Demon Costume Mod" thinking it would go well with my 128x128 Minecraft skins only to find out it terribly glitched the textures of the skin. When trying to remove the skin it leaves the skin glitched, therefore making me have to quit and rejoin the server (In the pictures provided below you can see when the skin was normal, when the skin was glitched with the costume, and when the skin's arm was glitched after the costume was removed. It's  upsetting considering the fact that is spent around 12$ on this costume. If you can, could you please contact me about this issue,
