When ever you put an item in the chest or furnace then close the game your stuff gets deleted

every time I put my things in a chest then a make it a night when I get up in the morning to play all my stuff in my chest is gone and anything that was in the furnace

What I expected to happen was...:
For my stuff to be saved in the chest and furnace

What actually happened was...:
My stuff didn't save in the chest or furnace

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in survival
2. Put something in the and/or furnace
3. Close the game
4. Get back on
5. Weep cause all your stuff is gone
