Virus Like Texture Glitch

I was playing a map that I made and when I got to this different area the ground looked very odd, I do not know what caused it. this was only happening to one of the players. I have not rebooted my game or saved it yet, all I have done Is record this video. as of now, I have left the game and it has fixed.
