Outdated resource pack bug

I downloaded a resource pack that is outdated and set it on global resources and now I can’t do anything. I tried to delete it or reset the global resources but I couldn’t access anything because the buttons turned purple and I couldn’t press on them. So now I’m stuck with this resource pack that doesn’t reset and disables many of minecrafts functions.
