Cant buy minecoins

Hello! So my issue is that when I try to buy minecoins it always fails with this message. I have updated the app, and my device allows purchesses, And I have internet. Thats pretty much all I know.

 

 

EDIT: I found it happens for all IAPs in the minecraft app.
