Realms Automatic Backup Removes Addons.

I've got a realm for me & a few of my friends & every time the realm does an automatic realm restart the addons get removed.
Is there any way to fix this or unable it?
I just thought I'd address this little issue we are having, hopefully you can help us because we are getting abit annoyed.
