Minecraft not binding mouse to screen, mouse partially working. [Mods DELETE this, third party program was the problem]

Mods can delete this, was using 3rd party app called touchpad blocker, for some reason 1.11.1 is has the mouse and touchpad controls combined as one and mouse was being affected by the touch pad blocker. No other version of minecraft had this issue.
