Boost mode could improve the very slow loading on Nintendo Switch.

Loading is quite slow on Nintendo Switch.
Wether it's opening the game from a cold start, opening your world or joining another.
The newly introduced boostmode could improve upon this.
You can call a function from the switch SDK: ```nn::oe::SetCpuBoostMode()```
