Realm not starting after Purchase

Upon renewing my Minecraft Realm, after it has taken my money. it hasnt started up the server at all. its already been 3 days since i purchased it (out of the 30 days i purchased it for). I check into the server every 2-6 hoursto see if it would start and everytime it would say "Your purchase succeeded. but we couldnt create your realm right now. We will create your Realm as soon as possible. Check back later"
