Massive LAGs in Game

Hello, I play with the switch version 1.11.0 My new world is about 17MB in size. We play to 3 on a console. For some time now, it has been a weird LAG for about 6-7 seconds. Blocks can not be reduced and there was no sound! In one night comb 5pilliger in different combinations! How can I switch to the new version 1.11.1? The update feature of the Switch says I play with the latest version. I would be glad about a feedback!
