All of my solid blocks have turned to an unassigned Black/Magenta tiled block.

Ever since the 1.11.1 released, everything loaded in my Minecraft game (and world) is bugged, the menu and load screens is showing half-code as well, as per the pictures. This is a very pressing issue, as it's concerning that it doesn't seem at all like a general problem.
