MCPE stuck on white screen

I cannot get past the white screen after the Mojang logo and the Minecraft loading screen. What’s weird is that when I turn off my WiFi, I get in except it crashes after a few seconds while trying to connect to Xbox Live. I’ve tried turning off my WiFi (on my device to be clear, not the router) then turning it back on when I get to the main menu page, but that doesn’t work. I do not think that the problem is caused by my WiFi since I have good connection.
